Life at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center
At Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center, we take pride in our person directed care approach of putting people first. At our home, people can choose their meals, activities, and daily schedule to fit their wants and needs and continue their habits of a lifetime. We welcome suggestions from residents, staff, families and community members to enhance our residents' home and lives. We are putting people first by focusing on individualized choices and desires.
Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center's home-like environment is welcoming to residents, families and community members. Heritage has been a respected and established part of the Mason City health care continuum since 1973 when ABCM Corporation purchased the former 40 bed William-Charles Heritage Home. Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center has enjoyed stability of ownership since that time and stability of management since 1975. At Heritage Care & Rehabilitation, our staff members pride themselves in the provision of care in which kindness and respect are paramount.
Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center's staff will care for you and your loved ones every step of the way: whether you're working with our highly skilled physical, occupational, and speech therapists in our short term rehabilitation, our exceptional staff in long-term care, or our compassionate end-of-life care.
We partner with our local health care professionals and hospitals to ensure the best possible care:
