24-Hour Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care

ABCM Corporation's Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers have registered nurses who provide 24-hour care to those who can no longer care for themselves due to physical, emotional, or mental conditions.

Services provided at our care centers include:

  • A clean, furnished room (private, semi-private, and couples suites)
  • Dietary services: nutritious meals and snacks, in accordance with medical requirements
  • Personal care (including incontinence care)
  • Therapeutic recreation and activities
  • 24-hour onsite medical staff: registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses/licensed vocational nurses (LPNs/LVNs), and nurses' aides
  • Supervision by physicians, some of whom are on-call to consult with staff and visit individuals as needed
  • Resident evaluation and care planning
  • Rehabilitation services: occupational, physical, respiratory and speech therapy
  • Family Respite Care
  • Pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services
  • Dental services
  • Personal care items

Some of our homes are able to accommodate persons requiring special needs such as:

  • Kidney dialysis treatment
  • Alzheimer's and dementia care
  • Respiratory care
  • Parkinson's care
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Terminal illnesses (Hospice Care) in cooperation with a separate Hospice partner that visits the home to provide specialized care.

Payment options for ABCM Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers includes:

  • Private pay
  • Long-term care insurance
  • Many medical insurances
  • Medicaid (called "MediCal" in California)
  • Medicare
